If you're already a Prospect Connect sector member, the main channel for you to get involved is through your branch. Branches bring together members who work for the same employer and, in larger companies, members who work in the same geographic area. You can find out more about branches through the menu on the left of this page.

The Connect sector also involves members through networks. Our equality networks allow members to influence the union's agenda and activities in a way that allows us to meet the changing needs of all of our diverse membership. Our professional affinity networks allow groups of members who share work interests to compare experiences and discuss how to progress issues of concern to them. Industrial relations networks support Prospect's negotiating teams in various companies.
